At auction check out this early 1960's General Electric wall clock. The 7-inch diameter hexagon is emblazoned with pressed enamelized tin mosaic tiles. A study in silver, gray, black, gold. We've seen this model of clock finished in different colors and we like the quiet sophistication of this one best!
CONDITION: The clock works silently and keeps perfect time. The plastic dial is clear with a few very light scuffs. The brass trim ring has oxidation from age. The original cord is in nice shape. NOTE: The time set knob is difficult to reach into to turn, (most GE wall clocks seem to have this design quirk). I find it much easier to pop off the plastic front dial and advance the minute hand to set it.
Thanks for looking!
